Reset Steps
Refill the ink tanks: Fill the tanks up to the top line, even if the error message only appears after some time.
Access the menu: Press the printer’s Home button.
Select Setup: Use the arrow keys to navigate and press OK.
Select Maintenance: Scroll to Maintenance and press OK.
Select Reset Ink Levels: Find this option in the Maintenance menu and select it.
Confirm: Follow the on-screen instructions. You may need to confirm the reset for each color individually using the arrow keys and the OK button.
Finish: Once the reset is complete, press the Color Start button if prompted.
